I’ve had a cold for two weeks. Not fun. It seems to be getting better now. I think I made it worse when it started because I worked all weekend. I attemped a big upgrade on a server at work on the weekend before last. It didn’t go well. I had a really sore thoat at the time and I got pretty frustrated. There were lots of people at work who were sick before me so I should have known that I was going to get it sooner or later.

I took last Friday off to make up for the weekend I worked. I went to see Star Wars but 3/4 ways though the movie there was a sudden power failure. So I sit here not knowing how the last quarter plays out. I got a raincheck but I’m not in any hurry to see the rest of the movie since I would have to sit though the first 3/4 again!

This place is supposed to be the high-tech capital of Canada but they can’t seem to keep the power running. We get power failures here about once a month which seems kinda ridiculous (sp?).
